What is an air fryer?

One of our favourites from Tefal is this tender, spiced, whole roast chicken that takes only 10 minutes to prep (+1 hr cooking time, we recommend spending catching up on your latest Netflix find) - it honestly couldn’t be easier. One you’ve popped the chicken and veggies in the airfryer, blitz up your green sauce and in an hours time you’ll be ready to plate up a full roast! Perfect for a chilly night in, it’s a great family friendly winter feed.

2. Gluten Free Gyoza with Soy Dipping Sauce
Hands up who loves dumplings! That’s everyone, right? Kids and adults alike will go crazy for these delicious morsels, which you can whip up in just over half an hour. While the flavoursome parcels of gingery goodness cook, mix up a tasty soy dipping sauce, and you’ll be sure to delight everyone at the table. This recipe serves 10, which is perfect for a big family meal – or why not create a batch for a dinner-party entrée and follow it up with a main of spicy drumsticks (below).

We don’t think so – and this recipe from Philips is, in our humble opinion, one of the best air fryer recipes around. Think melt-in-your-mouth buttery crumble atop a sweet apricot and blackberry filling, ready to devour in just 30 minutes, thanks to your trusty air fryer.
