Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie KitchenAid Recipe

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

SERVES:  1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup dairy or nut milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek or coconut yogurt

  • 2-3 tbsp smooth peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla esense

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Serve:

  • Ice

  • Extra slices of fresh banana

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • Peanuts, roughly chopped

METHOD:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a KitchenAid blender. Blend until well combined.

  2. Add some ice to a large glass and pour in the smoothie.

  3. Top the smoothie with fresh slices of banana, sprinkle over roughly chopped peanuts and extra pinch of cinnamon.

  4. Serve straight away.
