Fisher & Paykel 8kg Series 5 Contemporary Heat Pump Dryer - White, DH8060P5
A Heat Pump Dryer with all the essentials, in a clean and considered design. Simple controls that stay discreet when not in use and added flexibility bring ease and convenience to everyday life.
Key Features:
HEAT PUMP TECHNOLOGY
Heat Pump technology combines advanced temperature control and moisture sensing for gentle, energy-efficient drying. Now with a temperature range four times greater than our previous technology, cycles are finely tuned to the natural moisture of each fibre. Cotton cycles retain softness and structure, while Polyester cycles avoid over-drying, so every load is dried perfectly.
STEAM REFRESH
Clothes emerge dry, smooth, and ready to wear with Steam Refresh. Gently relaxing fibres, it reduces wrinkles and odours in garments like Cotton shirts. Steam applies just enough heat and moisture to loosen the bonds that cause creases, without fully saturating the fabric, preserving its natural breathability and durability.
ANTI-TANGLE TECHNOLOGY
TangleProtect keeps garments moving freely throughout the cycle, ideal for maintaining the shape and smoothness of Cotton fabrics. Alternating drum motion reduces twisting and clumping, minimising the opportunity for wrinkles to form. It also prevents unnecessary heat exposure and ensures every item is evenly dried, helping to extend the life of your garments.
GENTLE DRYING FOR WOOL
Machine-washable Wool garments can be safely dried without shrinking or stretching with Woolmark Black certified cycles. Wool’s protein fibres are delicate when wet, and heat can easily alter their natural structure. Finely controlled temperature and airflow preserve softness, shape, and fit, so sweaters emerge perfectly cared for and ready to wear.
TAILORED ITEM TYPES
We recognise that Sheets and Towels have unique needs. Dedicated Item Types dry Sheets evenly without tangling and keep Towels soft, warm and fully dry. By drying to the perfect level, Cotton Towels and Sheets maintain their natural strength and soft texture.

Why Buy?
Gentle, energy-efficient drying for all your household fabrics
This 8kg heat pump dryer uses advanced moisture sensing and temperature control to dry clothes thoroughly while using less energy than conventional dryers. Your electricity bills stay lower while your clothes come out perfectly dry and wrinkle-free.
Heat pump technology protects delicate fabrics from damage by precisely controlling temperature and airflow. Cotton shirts stay soft and structured, wool garments retain their shape without shrinking, and towels emerge fluffy and fully dry. The Steam Refresh function smooths out wrinkles and removes odours, so many items come out ready to wear or put away. Anti-tangle technology keeps clothes moving freely in the drum, preventing twisted sleeves and tangled sheets while ensuring even drying throughout each load.
The clean, contemporary design fits seamlessly into modern laundries, while the discreet controls stay hidden when not in use for a tidy appearance. With specialised cycles for different fabric types and dedicated settings for sheets and towels, this dryer adapts to your household washing routine.
