Why Buy?
A kettle that boils fast without the splash and steam in your face
The Breville Soft Top Luxe takes the stress out of your morning cuppa, with a soft-opening lid that lets steam escape gradually instead of rushing out in one hot burst. A 2400W element gets the water moving quickly, so you are not standing around waiting for the whistle before your tea or coffee.
Filling and pouring feel easier too. The dual water window on both sides means you can check the level from wherever you are standing in the kitchen, and the soft top design cuts down on the splash-back that often catches your hand or bench when a normal lid pops open. The full stainless steel handle stays cool and comfortable to hold, with an illuminated switch so you always know at a glance when it is on.
Finished in a Black Steel Noir tone with chrome accents, this kettle looks at home on any bench and pairs neatly with other pieces from Breville's Luxe range if you are building a matching kitchen. The cordless base rotates a full 360 degrees and tucks away excess cord underneath, so pouring is easier and your bench stays tidier. All materials in contact with water are BPA free, giving you one less thing to think about each time you boil.
Buy this if…
- You want a kettle that boils quickly without splashing hot water on the bench
- You like being able to check the water level from either side of the kettle
- Your kitchen benefits from a cordless kettle you can lift and pour from any angle
- You are matching appliances and already have, or want, other pieces from the Breville Luxe range
- You prefer a kettle finished in a darker, quality-look steel tone rather than plain stainless
