Why Buy?
Fluffy rice on tap for busy family kitchens
This Panasonic 8 cup rice cooker takes the fuss out of getting rice right every time, which is why it is one of the most searched Panasonic rice cooker models around. Press a button and walk away, knowing dinner is sorted without hovering over a pot.
Fuzzy logic technology reads the cooking stages and adjusts the temperature as it goes, so grains come out fluffy rather than mushy or dry. Beyond plain rice, it handles congee, soups and steamed vegetables, and you can even steam a side dish while the rice cooks underneath, cutting down on pots and washing up. The non-stick inner pan has a charcoal coating that heats evenly and wipes clean in seconds, so cleanup is not another chore added to your night.
The 24-hour timer lets you load it up in the morning and come home to a hot meal ready to go, which suits anyone juggling work, school runs or shift hours. At 8 cups it covers a family sized batch while still sitting neatly on the bench, and the straightforward dial and button controls mean nobody needs a manual to use it. Reliable Panasonic build quality means this becomes the appliance you reach for without a second thought.
