Miele KM 7574 FL Induction Cooktop
Induction cooktop with onset controls with PowerFlex cooking area for maximum power output.
With induction cooking, the heat is generated directly in the pan base. The size of the pan is also recognised with the advantage that practically no energy is lost. Cooking is particularly safe as the areas surrounding the cooking zones stay relatively cool.
SmartSelect
Quick and intuitive: Power levels and times can be selected separately for each cooking zone.
TwinBooster
Speed is not wizardry: Up to 7,400 Watts accelerate the cooking process.
PowerFlex induction
Versatile and flexible: Large cookware can also be heated quickly and easily.
Combination with SmartLine
Uniform and elegant: your Miele cooktop can be perfectly combined with our SmartLine elements.
Keep warm function
Food kept at serving temperature: this function controls the temperature in the pan base and prevents food from burning.
Stop & Go function
Added convenience when cooking: with the Stop & Go function all cooking zones can be reduced to power level 1 at the press of a button, allowing you to leave the cooktop unattended for a short time
Recall function
With memory function: If the appliance is switched off accidentally, all settings are saved for 10 seconds.
Minute minder
The minute minder can be used to monitor activities that are independent of the cooktop, such as brewing tea.
Auto heat-up
Always at the right time: This function reduces the initial power boost to prevent burning.
Permanent pan detection
Automatic control element activation: when the cooktop is turned on, pans which are already in place are detected.
Pan size recognition
Energy saving: the size of the pan is recognised by the induction cooktop and energy supplied to this area only.
Residual heat indicator
Practical: the residual heat indicator reminds you not to touch the cooking zones when they are still hot.
Safety switch-off
Clever: if a zone has been operating on the same power level for an unusually long time, it switches off automatically.
Easy-to-clean ceramic glass
Food can no longer burn on: because the cooktop surface remains relatively cool, soiling can be removed easily.
Con@ctivity
With Con@ctivity 3.0, your rangehood always knows exactly what to do. As soon as the cooktop is switched on or off, the rangehood responds automatically.
Miele@home

Why Buy?
One flexible zone that fits your pans, not the other way round
The Miele KM7574FL is an 80cm induction cooktop built around a PowerFlex zone that adjusts to whatever pan you put on it, from a small saucepan to a large stockpot, so you stop juggling pots between burners that don't quite fit.
Induction heat brings water to the boil faster than a conventional cooktop and only warms the base of the pan, so the ceramic glass surface around it stays cool and wipes clean in seconds. TwinBooster lets you combine the power of two zones into one when you need rapid heat, while SmartSelect gives you clear, backlit number sequences to set power levels and timers without guesswork. Sensors also switch a zone off automatically if a pan boils dry or is left unattended too long.
With four cooking zones across 800mm, there is enough room to run several pots side by side without crowding your benchtop. Wi-Fi connectivity and the Con@ctivity function let the cooktop talk directly to a compatible Miele rangehood, adjusting extraction automatically as you cook. A mains cable is included, and the black glass finish suits most kitchen styles.
