Why Buy?
Fuller TV sound without the clutter of a full home theatre
The LG S40T soundbar gives you a proper upgrade from tinny built-in TV speakers, with 300 watts of 2.1 channel sound that fills the room with clear voices and deep bass. If you have been searching for the LG S40T soundbar to finally hear dialogue properly during the news or a footy match, this is a straightforward fix.
With Dolby Audio and DTS Digital Surround on board, movies get more depth and music gets more body, while the built-in subwoofer handles the low-end so explosions and bass lines actually land. AI Sound Pro reads what is playing and adjusts the mix on the fly, so you are not fiddling with settings between a drama, a match, and a playlist.
It sits neatly below the TV without taking over the cabinet, and connecting it is simple whether you go with Bluetooth, USB, optical, or ARC. If you own a compatible LG TV, the WOW Interface lets you check sound bar settings straight from your TV screen using the same remote, so day-to-day use stays simple and familiar.
Buy this if…
- You want clearer dialogue without turning the volume up too loud
- Your household watches a mix of movies, sport, and news
- You already own an LG TV and want easier, unified control
- You stream music often and want fuller, richer sound
- You want better audio without a multi-speaker setup to manage
