Why Buy?
Barista-style espresso and cold brew from one machine
The Delonghi La Specialista Maestro EC9885M gives you the tools to make café-style coffee at home, whether that is a tight morning espresso or a smooth cold brew for a warm afternoon. The built-in burr grinder with 15 settings takes the guesswork out of grind size, so your beans are ground fresh and matched to the drink you are making.
Tamping is handled for you, with a smart tamping station that applies even pressure to the portafilter every time, so you get consistent extraction without the mess on your bench. The steam wand stays cool to touch while still producing the fine microfoam you need for latte art, and it wipes clean in seconds. When you fancy something different, the cold extraction function lets you brew a proper cold brew concentrate, plus the signature Espresso Cool for iced drinks and coffee cocktails.
With a thermoblock that heats up in under 20 seconds, this machine keeps pace with busy mornings rather than slowing them down. Its compact footprint and silver finish suit most kitchen benches, and the 1450W element means it runs efficiently once you are up and brewing. It is a machine built to handle a full household of coffee habits, not just one.
