Why Buy?
Bulk food storage that switches between fridge and freezer
This Haier hybrid chest freezer gives you 502 litres of space to stock up on family shopping, garden produce or bulk meat buys, with the flexibility to run it as a fridge or a freezer depending on what your household needs at the time.
Cooling comes from all four sides, so food chills evenly no matter where it sits inside, rather than leaving cold spots at the edges. The SuperFreeze function drops the temperature quickly when you load in fresh groceries, helping lock in flavour and nutrients rather than letting food slowly freeze. A built-in drainage outlet means defrosting and cleaning is a matter of draining the water out rather than scooping and mopping, and if the power goes out, the freezer holds items below 0 degrees for up to 255 hours, so a short outage will not cost you a freezer full of food.
Finished in white, it suits a laundry, garage or utility space without drawing attention to itself. A 5.5-star energy rating keeps running costs sensible for a freezer this size, and the wide chest layout makes it easy to see and reach everything stored inside, so bulk buying actually saves you time rather than creating a mess to dig through.
