Key Features:
REFRESH WITH STEAM
Gently relax fibres to reduce wrinkles and odours with Steam Refresh. Perfect for a down jacket or duvet, Steam restores shape, softness and freshness in minutes without a full wash. By adding just the right amount of moisture and movement, Steam helps revive compressed down fibres, restoring softness, shape, and improving fluffiness so your garments look and feel their best.
CUSTOMISED AUTO DOSE, IDEAL FOR DOWN
Everyday routines are simpler when the details are taken care of for you. Auto Dose helps preserve the loft, softness, and warmth of Down, protecting the natural oils in the fibres that keep it insulating. It dispenses the optimal amount of detergent and softener for each load, while Active Mix blends detergent with water to reach deep into fibres. Two FlexiDose reservoirs let you use detergent, softener, or a specialised formula when needed — storing enough for up to 21 washes when both are used for detergent.
GENTLE AND HYGIENIC
Keep garments hygienic with two sanitising options, both proven to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria1. UV Sanitise works at low temperatures, ideal for heat-sensitive fibres like Elastane that can degrade under high heat. For more durable fabrics, hot water Sanitise delivers a traditional-high temperature clean.
WASHING THAT WAITS FOR YOU
Prevent wrinkles from setting in with crease free. Fibres like Cotton are naturally strong and durable, but their structure reacts to heat and water, causing fabrics to crease — especially in larger items like Sheets. By gently tumbling the load after a wash, Crease Free keeps Sheets moving, reducing wrinkles and helping them stay smooth until you’re ready to unload.
CLASS-LEADING EFFICIENCY
Designed to reduce running costs and environmental impact with 5-star energy and 5-star water ratings, you can trust that your fabric care routine is both effective and sustainable. The SmartDrive™ motor ensures quiet operation and long-lasting reliability, with fewer moving parts for reduced wear over time.
1 UV Sanitise independently certified to eliminate 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli using the Cotton Fibre Type, Durable Item Type, Sanitise Treatment, Dark Colour, Moderate Soil Level and Manual Auto Dose settings. Sanitise independently certified to eliminate 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli using the Mixed Fibre Type, Moderate Item Type, Sanitise Treatment, Mixed Colour, Moderate Soil Level and Manual Auto Dose settings.

Why Buy?
Big loads, smart dosing, less laundry-day guesswork
The Fisher & Paykel 12kg Series 7 Contemporary Front Load Washer takes over the fiddly parts of washing so you do not have to think about them. Its touchscreen and dial controls make choosing a cycle simple, while the 12kg drum swallows a full family load, sheets and all, in one go.
Auto Dose measures out the right amount of detergent and softener for each wash, so nothing is wasted and delicate fibres like down stay soft and fluffy for longer. Steam Refresh freshens jackets and doonas in minutes without a full wash, and when hygiene matters, UV Sanitise or hot water Sanitise both eliminate 99.9 percent of bacteria, giving you a choice depending on the fabric. If you cannot unload straight away, Crease Free keeps sheets gently tumbling so they come out smooth rather than creased.
Day to day, the SmartDrive motor runs quietly in the background, which is handy if the laundry sits near living areas or bedrooms. With a 5-star energy rating and 5-star water rating, running costs stay low without compromising on clean. The graphite finish and touchscreen interface suit a contemporary kitchen or laundry, and the twin FlexiDose reservoirs hold enough detergent for up to 21 washes before you need to top up.
