Why Buy?
Restaurant-quality cooking control for serious home chefs
This 90cm Fisher & Paykel induction cooker delivers instant, precise heat control and generous 140L oven space, making it easier to create restaurant-quality meals at home while saving time and energy.
The five induction zones heat instantly and respond immediately to temperature changes, giving you the control needed for perfect searing, delicate sauces, and everything in between. SmartZone technology links two zones to accommodate large pans and griddles, while the convection oven cooks multiple dishes evenly across shelves with AeroTech air circulation. The pyrolytic self-cleaning function handles the mess by breaking down food residue at high temperatures, leaving just light ash to wipe away.
Built for daily use with non-tip shelves that extend safely for easy access to hot dishes and a solid soft-close door that feels substantial and reliable. Nine oven functions including rotisserie and rapid proof give you flexibility for different cooking styles, while the sleek stainless steel design fits naturally into modern kitchens without overwhelming the space.
