KEY FEATURES:
ENHANCED FEATURES
PowerBoost and GentleHeat deliver either very high or very low heat, fast. Perfect for specialised cooking tasks such as searing meat and melting chocolate. An integrated timer ensures a great result every time.
INSTANT RESPONSE
Go from a boil to a simmer in seconds. Touch&Slide controls react immediately when you adjust the temperature so you don’t waste time in the kitchen.
EASY CLEANING
The surface around your cookware stays cool when you cook – preventing baked-on spills and making cleaning up a breeze. The ceramic cooktop surface, including anodised detailing for durability, just needs a quick wipe after use to maintain its good looks.
COMPLEMENTARY DESIGN
The subtle black glass and durable matte black detailing are designed to pair with the Minimal style Series 9 Ovens. With premium styling and detailing, these cooktops seamlessly blend with other appliances for a cohesive, considered kitchen design.
SUPERIOR EFFICIENCY
Less heat is wasted during induction cooking because only the cookware is heated, not the cooktop surface. This makes induction cooking more energy-efficient than electric or gas cooktops.

Why Buy?
Faster cooking with precise heat control for busy kitchens
This Fisher & Paykel CI604DTB4 brings the responsive power of induction cooking to your kitchen, where temperature changes happen instantly and cooking becomes more predictable. No more waiting around for slow electric elements or guessing with gas flames.
Induction technology heats your cookware directly, so water boils faster and simmering happens exactly when you dial it down. The PowerBoost function cranks up serious heat for searing, while GentleHeat melts chocolate without burning. When spills happen, they don't bake onto the cool surface around your pans, making cleanup as simple as a quick wipe. The Touch&Slide controls respond immediately to your adjustments, giving you the kind of precision that makes cooking feel effortless.
The sleek black glass surface fits into a standard 60cm bench cutout and coordinates beautifully with modern or traditional kitchen styles. Four cooking zones give you plenty of space to prepare full meals, and the energy-efficient design means less heat escapes into your kitchen. The integrated timer helps you nail cooking times every time, while the durable ceramic surface keeps looking good with minimal effort.
