Falcon Classic Deluxe 90cm Dual Fuel Upright Cooker, Slate/Brass CDL90DFSL/BR
Falcon’s Classic Deluxe 90cm dual fuel range cooker features three cooking cavities – a separate glide-out grill, multi function electric oven and fan forced electric oven. Plus 5 gas burners including a multi ring burner, wok cradle and non-stick griddle plate. So when it comes to boiling, searing, grilling, baking and roasting – you can do it all at once. Talk about flexibility! With eight colours available and a choice of brass or chrome fittings, there is a Classic Deluxe to suit any kitchen.
OVEN LIGHT
Oven lights make it easy to view the what’s cooking, without opening the oven door. All Falcon 110cm and 100cm falcon cookers with double ovens feature two oven lights. 90cm double oven cookers feature one light (in the oven with the porthole). 90cm single oven cookers feature two oven lights
HANDYRACK
No more scorching your hands in the oven cavity when you reach in for your roast. The Handyrack attaches to the main oven door, pulling the roasting tray out for supremely easy access. Holds up to 5.5kg
SLOW COOK
All Falcon upright cookers offer the ability to slow cook. Temperatures can be set as low as 80°C which is great to slow cook casseroles and large joints of meat as well as to dry foods such as apples, pears and kiwi fruit. Falcon have a delicious slow cooked spiced lamb shoulder recipe which takes approximately 6 hours on 130°C. Slow cooking allows meats to cook more evenly (inside and out). It is imperative to use a temperature probe to check the internal temperature when cooking is nearing completion (desired internal temperature will depend on the meat) to ensure the meat is cooked sufficiently
SIDE OPENING DOORS
Selected Falcon upright range cookers feature side opening oven doors for your convenience. This allows easy access to the oven interior when cooking or cleaning
MINUTE MINDER
Every Falcon upright range cooker features a minute minder. By setting a count down timer on the cooker it actively reminds us to check on our oven cooking progress, notifies us when a dish is ready or when we have reached the next step in the recipe to add additional ingredients
CATALYTIC OVEN LINERS
Catalytic self cleaning oven liners (the grey with white flecked liners pictured inside the oven on the wall) assist with the cleaning of the oven. When temperatures exceed 200°C, the catalytic self cleaning liners burn off fats and food deposits. Minimal residue can then be wiped with a lint free cloth and soapy water when necessary. Catalytic liners are on the sides of selected Falcon range cookers in the left hand oven
TALL OVEN
Falcon 90cm double oven upright range cookers feature one main left hand oven and a tall oven on the right. Looks are certainly deceiving when it comes to this space – you will be surprised just how much food can fit in this cavity. The tall oven is supplied with four wire shelves which are adjustable to suit cooking height requirements.
GLIDE-OUT GRILL
Positioned on smooth-action telescopic runners, our standard glide-out grill with a two way grill trivet offers two grilling heights. Not only is it easier to check up on your food as it’s grilling but it’s also safer as it reduces the risk of pulling the grill out to far. The grill has two elements that allow either the whole area of the pan to be heated or just the right-hand half

Why Buy?
Three cooking zones that work together for ambitious home cooks
This 90cm dual fuel cooker gives you three separate cooking cavities plus five gas burners, so you can roast, bake, grill and simmer multiple dishes simultaneously without juggling oven space or waiting for one dish to finish.
The main electric oven handles your roasts and bakes with even heat distribution, while the tall second oven provides surprising capacity for sides, desserts or batch cooking. The separate glide-out grill slides smoothly on telescopic runners, making it safer to check and turn food without awkward reaching. On the cooktop, five gas burners including a powerful multi-ring burner and wok cradle give you instant, precise heat control for everything from delicate sauces to high-heat stir-frying. The non-stick griddle plate adds even more cooking versatility.
The slate finish with brass fittings brings restaurant-style presence to your kitchen, while practical features like oven lights, a minute minder timer, and slow cooking capability down to 80°C make daily cooking more convenient. Catalytic liners in the main oven help break down cooking residue at high temperatures, reducing cleaning time.
