FALCON CLA90FXEIMG/CH | 90CM CLASSIC FX INDUCTION RANGE COOKER MINERAL GREEN/Chrome
Falcon’s Classic FX 90cm induction range cooker features a single spacious multi function oven, plus 5 induction zones including residual heat indicators and pan detectors. But what makes the FX unique is the energy saving panel (ESP) which allows you to switch from a full size 114 litre oven cavity that’s great for cooking en masse, to a modest 49 litre oven that uses less energy when cooking smaller dishes. Talk about flexibility! Also available with Chrome or Brass fittings.
Key Features:
OVEN LIGHT
Oven lights make it easy to view the what’s cooking, without opening the oven door. All Falcon 110cm and 100cm falcon cookers with double ovens feature two oven lights. 90cm double oven cookers feature one light (in the oven with the porthole). 90cm single oven cookers feature two oven lights.
SLOW COOK
All Falcon upright cookers offer the ability to slow cook. Temperatures can be set as low as 80°C which is great to slow cook casseroles and large joints of meat as well as to dry foods such as apples, pears and kiwi fruit. Falcon have a delicious slow cooked spiced lamb shoulder recipe which takes approximately 6 hours on 130°C. Slow cooking allows meats to cook more evenly (inside and out). It is imperative to use a temperature probe to check the internal temperature when cooking is nearing completion (desired internal temperature will depend on the meat) to ensure the meat is cooked sufficiently.
INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Induction is fast, responsive and incredibly controllable; boiling water and changing heat levels can be instantaneous. This cooking method is much faster than gas or ceramic and is by far the most efficient. Using a magnetic field to generate heat, only the pan is heated, not the hob surface, so spillages won’t burn onto its surface during use, making cleaning exceptionally easy. Only after exceptionally long cooking periods will the hob become too hot to touch, which is when the Falcon residual heat indicator provides a visual safety warning.
CATALYTIC OVEN LINERS
Catalytic self cleaning oven liners (the grey with white flecked liners pictured inside the oven on the wall) assist with the cleaning of the oven. When temperatures exceed 200°C, the catalytic self cleaning liners burn off fats and food deposits. Minimal residue can then be wiped with a lint free cloth and soapy water when necessary. Catalytic liners are on the sides of selected Falcon range cookers in the left hand oven.
Child Lock Hob
To prevent the unwanted use by children, the hob can be locked. To lock the hob, simultaneously turn the two left-hand controls counter-clockwise and hold until the ‘key lock’ symbol appears in the centre of the hob control display. Locking the hob will NOT affect the oven; it can still be used. To unlock the hob, simultaneously turn the two left-hand controls counter-clockwise and hold until the ‘key lock’ symbol disappears from the centre of the hob control display.

Why Buy?
Flexible cooking power for ambitious home chefs
This 90cm induction range cooker gives you restaurant-level control with energy-smart flexibility, switching between a full 114-litre oven for big family meals and a compact 49-litre cavity when cooking smaller dishes.
Five induction zones heat instantly and respond immediately when you adjust temperatures, making everything from delicate sauces to fast stir-fries much easier to control. The clever energy saving panel lets you use only the oven space you need, cutting power costs when cooking for fewer people. Catalytic liners burn off cooking residue at high temperatures, so cleanup becomes a simple wipe-down instead of heavy scrubbing.
The striking mineral green finish with chrome details makes this cooker a standout feature in your kitchen, while child lock controls keep little hands safe. Slow cooking capability lets you set temperatures as low as 80°C for tender casseroles and perfectly dried fruits. Two oven lights help you monitor progress without opening the door and losing heat.
