Why Buy?
Café-style espresso at home, minus the guesswork
The Breville Barista Express Impress turns fresh beans into a proper espresso in under a minute, and the Impress Puck System takes over the fiddly parts of tamping so your shots come out consistent every time.
An integrated conical burr grinder measures out the right dose of freshly ground coffee, then an automatic tamper applies a precise, even press with a professional twist finish. A thermocoil heating system holds water at 93 degrees for balanced extraction, while the 15 bar Italian pump and pre-infusion stage draw out a rich, full-flavoured espresso rather than anything thin or bitter. Powerful steam pressure whips milk into silky microfoam, so flat whites and lattes look and taste like something from a good café.
Because the grinder remembers your last dose and the gauge shows when the tamp is right, the machine essentially learns your routine, so mornings get quicker and less messy on the benchtop. Built in stainless steel, it sits comfortably on most kitchen benches and is built for daily use rather than occasional treats. Once you have used a Barista Express Impress, the daily coffee run starts to feel like an unnecessary detour.
