Why Buy?
A cinema-sized OLED picture with genuine black detail
The LG G6 77 inch fills a room with a proper 4K picture, and because every pixel switches off on its own, black scenes stay black instead of turning that grey haze you get on LCD screens. If you have been comparing the LG G6 77 inch against other big-screen options, this is the model built to make dark movie scenes and bright sports footage both look convincing in the same room.
Brightness Booster technology pushes highlights further than earlier LG OLED panels, so sunlit rooms do not wash out the picture, while the onboard processor sharpens fine detail and keeps fast movement, like a cricket ball or a car chase, looking clean rather than smeared. Gamers get a near-instant response time and refresh rates up to 165Hz, plus variable refresh rate support, so console and PC games stay smooth without blur or tearing.
At 77 inches, this screen suits a media room or open-plan living area where you can sit back and take it in properly. The slim OLED panel sits neatly on a wall bracket, webOS 26 keeps navigating apps and inputs simple, and a 6 star energy rating keeps running costs reasonable for a screen this size. It arrives with the remote control, power cable and quick start guide, so setup is straightforward.
Buy this if...
- You want a large-format OLED with genuinely deep black detail
- Your living room gets natural light and you still want strong, even colour
- You play fast games and want smooth motion without blur or tearing
- You watch a lot of sport or film and want fine detail to stay sharp
