Why Buy?
Simple upgrade from gas or ceramic without a rewiring headache
The Fisher & Paykel 60cm Series 5 4 Zone Induction Cooktop is built as a low current option, so if you are replacing an old gas or ceramic cooktop, it can often run on your existing wiring rather than needing an electrician to upgrade the circuit.
Induction cooking heats the pan directly rather than the glass surface, so you get quick, precise heat for searing and boiling, along with steady low heat for melting or simmering sauces without scorching. Because the surface around the pan stays cooler, spills are less likely to burn on, and wiping down the black ceramic glass after dinner only takes a moment.
The black glass finish and updated interface give this fisher and paykel induction cooktop a clean, modern look that suits most kitchen styles. Link Mode switches on a compatible rangehood automatically once you start cooking, so you are not reaching for a separate switch, and the SmartHQ app walks you through setup and features at your own pace once it is installed.

- You want faster, more precise control over your cooking heat
- You want a cooktop that wipes clean easily after cooking
