What if I change my mind on a purchase?
We understand some decisions are difficult to make!
We offer a 14 day change of mind period, but require the goods to be unopened, unused and still in a new saleable condition. If this is the case, our Customer Care team will provide a return label (for online purchases) for you to post the Goods back, or you can visit one of our stores.
If the product was purchased online, the postage fee will be deducted from any refunds.
Please note this excludes special order items. Change of mind returns may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the product has been opened.
What do I need to claim a return in-store?
If you’d like to make a return in store, Bing Lee will need to check if the product is eligible for return (including the condition and age of the products). The goods will need to be:
unmarked and complete with instruction books and accessories such as remotes, controllers, power cords, batteries, battery chargers, connectivity cables and any other out of box accessories supplied as part of the purchase; and
accompanied with proof of purchase from Bing Lee, either by providing a receipt or other proof of transaction.
Please note that it may be necessary for the manufacturer to inspect the product in order to assess its eligibility for return. We will always do our best to acquire this assessment within a reasonable time.
While Goods are being assessed, this does not confirm that the Goods have been accepted for return.
What do I need to claim a return online?
If you purchased Goods online via Bing Lee's website and you would like to return them, you should first contact our Customer Care team on 1300 609 228 or email [email protected]
Our team will ask for photos or videos of the product you’d like to return, and let you know where the Goods should be sent for our returns assessment. If you live in NSW or ACT, you may return the Goods to a Bing Lee store of your choice, just let our Customer Care team know.
Will I be charged for redelivery?
Bing Lee will pay for redelivery of Goods if they are repaired or replaced because of a major failure, or if Bing Lee is required by law to meet the delivery cost.
