Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all Gift Cards (excluding Bonus Gift Cards):

  • When ordering physical or e-Gift Cards online, a minimum amount of $10 must be loaded on each Gift Card, with a maximum of 3 Gift Cards per order.

  • The total combined value of any Gift Cards in the order cannot exceed $5,000.

  • Once the Gift Card is credited and in the Cardholder’s possession, the Cardholder is liable for all transactions on the Gift Card.

  • Cash will not be given in exchange for any unused balance on the Gift Card, and if the purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the Cardholder will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reloaded.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 4 years from the date of issue.

Gift Card and e-Gift Card Delivery Methods: 

  • E-Gift Cards under $50 will be sent to the recipient's email address instantly. Be mindful that the recipient may need to check their "Spam" or "Junk" inbox for the e-Gift Card.

  • Physical Gift Cards purchased online will be sent via Australia Post and delivery times will vary based on your location. When purchasing Gift Cards online, it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure the postal address or recipient's email address is entered correctly.

Bing Lee reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The purchase and use of a Gift Card constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

For lost, stolen or damaged Bing Lee Gift Cards or if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your Bing Lee Gift Card please contact Customer Care on 1300 609 228.

BING LEE BONUS GIFT CARD (“BONUS GIFT CARD(s)”)

For lost, stolen or damaged Bonus Gift Cards please contact Customer Care immediately and we will endeavour to cancel and re-issue a new Bonus Gift Card to you where possible.

Bonus Gift Cards: 

  • Have an expiry date of 3 months after date of issue;

  • Can only be used on future purchases;

  • Are redeemable for goods and services up the value of the Bonus Gift Cards from any physical Bing Lee retail store or online at www.binglee.com.au within 3 months of date of issue;

  • Cannot be used for any third party purchases (including but not limited to eBay) or for any Agency or Consignment products sold by Bing Lee;

  • Are not refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or the purchase of a Gift Card or Bonus Gift Card;

  • Bonus Gift Card will not be replaced if the Bonus Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed;

  • If a Bonus Gift Card qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded, the Bonus Gift Card must be returned unused otherwise the value of the Bonus Gift Card will be deducted from the qualifying purchase refund; and

  • In the case of suspected fraud or tampering with a Bonus Gift Card or its value or information, Bing Lee reserves the right to refuse redemption until such time as Bing Lee, in its absolute discretion, is satisfied as to the validity of the Bonus Card and entitlement of the holder.

Bing Lee reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The purchase and use of a Bonus Gift Card constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
