Delivery Terms & Conditions
ALL delivery services are subject to our General Delivery Conditions set out below.
BING LEE DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
The following terms and conditions apply for our Door to Door Delivery Service:
Products will be delivered in original packaging. Please note that the goods will not be unboxed;
This service does not include installation or the removal of any packaging or existing appliances;
Products, including original packaging and trolley, must be able to fit through all doorways, access points and stairs at your nominated delivery address and, if this is not possible, the driver will endeavour to leave your item as close as possible to your requested location;
Delivery drivers have the right to refuse to carry products by hand or otherwise if in their opinion, to do so may pose a risk of injury or damage to property or person (including themselves) or if the location has poor or restricted access;
Our drivers may refuse to locate your new appliance in your nominated location if they are of the view to do so may pose a risk of injury or damage to property or person (including themselves) or if the location has poor or restricted access;
If you wish to change the delivery date or address, you must notify the store from which you originally purchased at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date;
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be liable for a second delivery fee.
This is a premium delivery service for our customers and is provided for an additional fee. This service must be requested and paid for before or at the time of purchase of your goods. The following terms and conditions apply to this method of delivery:
Products will be unboxed/unpacked and, if requested, goods requiring 240v power will be connected to an existing conventional 240v power outlet (excluding dishwashers, TV's and cabinets). This does not include additional work or the supply of any parts or fittings required for an installation, such as supplying hose clamps or extensions, cabinetwork, plumbing or electrical work. Additional parts and works must be supplied and fitted by you prior to the driver's arrival;
Product packaging will be removed by the driver;
You can choose to have your old appliance removed by us provided it is no greater in size or weight than the replacement product and has been disconnected from all services (power, water and gas) by an appropriately licensed person and clean and free of any ice, water, food or debris before our driver arrives.

BING LEE DELIVERY AND REMOVAL ONLY
The following terms and conditions apply for our Delivery and Removal Only Service:

GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply for our Delivery and Removal Only Service:
We cannot deliver to a post office box (PO Box), parcel locker, Locked Bag address or similar service;
Our delivery vehicle must be able to park safely within 20 metres of the access point of the delivery location and the delivery address must at all times be safe, clean and free of risk (eg hazards and pets securely restrained). We reserve the right to refuse to deliver if this condition is not met;
Delivery times and dates are estimates only and are subject to weather, traffic, postal contingencies, the actions of our agents and other factors, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on the date we arrange with you;
We will take reasonable care during delivery, however delivery of appliances inherently carries with it a risk of damage (eg wet or scratched floors, scuffed walls). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage caused to property during delivery, including as a result of our or our driver's negligence;
All deliveries must be accepted at the delivery address by you or your nominee as advised in advance. You or your nominee must be a person at least 18 years of age, have photographic and/or credit card identification as authorised prior to delivery and be able to sign for receipt of your goods. Bing Lee reserves the right to request the credit card holder to be present at delivery from time to time;
The Customer must notify Bing Lee at time of delivery of any damage to Goods or Property, or if the Goods are inconsistent with the Customer's order. Failing such notice, and to the extent permitted by law, the Customer will otherwise be deemed to have accepted the Goods and Delivery.
If you or your nominee authorised in advance with us is not present at the time of delivery, your goods will not be delivered and an additional delivery charge will apply if the goods need to be redelivered;
All notebooks, desktops and televisions with a sale price over $500 will have insurance included in the delivery price; and
Nothing in this document will exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy mandated or otherwise implied by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent there is such a term, it is severed but only to the extent necessary to conform with the applicable law.
If you notice a product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, Please ensure you report it to our driver on site or customer service team on 1300 609 228, within 7 days from the date of delivery. For safety please do not install / use the product unless advised.
