Click and Collect

What is Click & Collect? 

Click & Collect is a fast and easy way to buy online and pick up your items from your local Bing Lee store for FREE.

Just make a purchase online - we’ll prepare your order and you can pick it up from your Bing Lee store of choice. 

Depending on product availability, some goods are available for collection the same day, while others may take up to 14 business days, or as advised.

How does it work? 

It’s simple! At checkout, select the "Pick up in-store" option and select your most convenient Bing Lee Store with available stock.

We’ll be in touch as soon as possible to let you know when your order is ready to be collected. 

What are my Click & Collect options? 

1. One hour Click & Collect 

Place your order online before 4.30pm. We’ll reserve your items and send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. 

Please note, most in-stock items are available on the same day of purchase to click & collect, however there may be some exceptions in case we have any product issues. 

2. Scheduled Click & Collect 

Choose a date to collect your order and we'll SMS you when the order is ready for collection. It’s that easy! 

What do I need to bring with me? 

When you get to the store, just head to the counter and speak to one of our team members! Make sure you have: 

• Proof of purchase: Including a reference to your order number (your order confirmation email or SMS will have this).

• Valid physical photo ID: Current driver's licence/passport.
