Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

All of the following terms apply to 1 hour Click & Collect:

  1. Place your order online before 4.30 pm.

  2. All Item/s must be in stock at the chosen Bing Lee Store location.

  3. Should there be any issues fulfilling the order at the chosen Bing Lee Store we can offer the following:

    1. An alternative location to collect the item/s (where available).

    2. If the item/s are available at another location, to have any item/s transferred from another store (this will delay when the order can be collected).

    3. Bing Lee will notify you and will refund back to you any monies paid to Bing Lee relating to the order.

  4. If your order is not collected within 7 days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled and refunded.
