Mitsubishi Electric 421L HS Steel Series 2 Door Bottom Mount, Sterling Silver MR-HS421EX-SS-A
Crafted to blend style and utility in contemporary households, the HS Steel Series bottom-mount fridge has a distinctive 50:50 door design that is more aligned with standard Australian kitchen benchtops. Featuring a customisable zone for soft freezing or chilling, an automatic ice maker, and a Freshbox with VitaLED, it combines convenience and sophistication for the modern home.
Key Features:
50:50 Door Design
A modern look for a modern kitchen - the 50:50 layout design integrates into most existing cabinets and aligns more with standard kitchen benchtops (900 mm). Increased freezer space for better storage and organisation, particularly bulk frozen food purchases and ready meals.
Select Zone
Features two main modes: Soft Freezing and Chilling, with four temperature settings ranging from approximately -9°C to 0°C. Customise the temperature based on your needs - chilling is ideal for storing foods like sausages, deli meats and cheese, and Soft Freezing keeps food ‘softly’ frozen.
Soft Freezing
Available in the Select Zone, soft freezing allows food to be frozen for up to three weeks in a ‘soft’ state at about -7º C. This means food, like meat, soup, and sauces, can be more easily cut, divided or scooped without thawing.
Automatic Ice Maker
There is no need for a separate plumbing connection. The removable water tank can be filled with water and the Ice Maker is ready to go! All the parts are completely washable.
Fresh Box VitaLED
Avoid food wastage and properly store your produce with the VitaLED - it slows down the wilting process, keeping your fruits and vegetables crisp and fresher for longer.

Why Buy?
More freezer space and smarter food zones for everyday cooking
This Mitsubishi 421L bottom mount fridge is built for households who shop in bulk and want food stored the way they actually use it, with a 50:50 door split that gives you extra freezer room without taking up more kitchen space.
The Select Zone drawer switches between soft freezing and chilling, so meat stays soft enough to slice straight from the freezer while deli meats and cheese sit at a steadier chill setting. The Freshbox with VitaLED slows down wilting, so vegetables and fruit stay crisp for longer and less ends up in the bin. An automatic ice maker fills itself from a removable water tank, so there is no plumbing to arrange and every part can be pulled out and washed.
At 699mm wide, it slots into standard Australian kitchen benchtops, and the sterling silver finish sits comfortably against most cabinetry. Fresh food sits within easy reach in the bottom mount layout, drawers and shelving lift out for a proper clean, and the 4-star energy rating keeps it affordable to run day to day.
