Key Features:
Cup and plate warming
The warming drawer is an elegant addition to your kitchen, designed to elevate every dining experience. Perfect for pre-heating plates before a dinner party or gently warming cups for perfectly served coffee or tea. With its generous capacity, the drawer can hold up to 20 dinner plates (up to 28 cm in diameter), 80 coffee cups, or 40 tea cups — making it exceptionally practical whether you’re hosting a gathering or enjoying everyday comfort.
Defrosting
The warming drawer provides an easy and effective way to defrost food. Instead of using higher heat that can affect texture or taste, the drawer allows you to defrost at a precise low temperature that slowly and safely brings frozen ingredients back to their ideal state. Simply place the food inside, choose the defrost setting, and let the drawer do the work. The consistent, even warmth ensures that your food defrosts thoroughly without any unwanted hotspots — preserving both flavour and quality.
Food warming
A warming drawer offers a refined and effortless way to keep your dishes at the perfect serving temperature until your guests arrive. Whether you’re coordinating multiple courses or simply waiting for everyone to gather, the drawer maintains a consistent, gentle heat. In addition to keeping food warm, the drawer is also ideal for reheating meals. Its even heat distribution warms food thoroughly without drying it out, making it a superior alternative to conventional reheating methods — enjoy perfectly warmed dishes with minimal effort and maximum quality.
Low temperature cooking
Low temperature cooking is an excellent technique for achieving tender and flavourful meat. After browning you can simply place the pan or dish directly into the warming drawer. From there, the drawer provides a stable, even temperature that allows your food to cook slowly and precisely for the recommended time. This method is perfect for everything from slow-roasted meats to delicate cuts that benefit from careful, gradual cooking.
Push-to-open
The drawer features a smooth push-to-open mechanism that enhances both convenience and design. It contributes to a clean, minimalist look that fits seamlessly into any modern home. A gentle press on the front is all it takes for the drawer to open effortlessly, making everyday use both simple and stylish.
