Mitsubishi 6-Port Multi-Split Multi Rooms Air Conditioner - White, MXZ-6F120VGDA1

The Mitsubishi MXZ-6F120VGDA1 is part of Mitsubishi's multi-split air conditioning range, allowing homeowners to connect multiple indoor units to a single outdoor unit. This system is ideal for homes or commercial spaces where centralized air conditioning isn’t feasible or desired. It provides efficient temperature control for up to six separate areas, making it a flexible solution for varied cooling needs.
Key Features:
Keep Exterior Clutter-Free
Multi Split Systems are conveniently designed to keep the exterior of your home clutter free, with the ability to connect multiple (2-8) indoor air conditioning units to a single outdoor unit.
Flexible indoor unit choice
Compatible indoor units range from wall mounted, floor standing, ceiling concealed, ceiling cassettes to ceiling suspended units; offering end-users flexibility, with a wide range of options to satisfy most application requirements.
Individual Temperature Control for Each Room
The capability of a Multi Split System lies in the capacity to individually control the temperature of all air conditioner units, even if a combination of different models have been used. Individual air conditioner control allows occupants in different rooms to select a temperature (within the same mode) that suits their needs, without affecting the temperature settings in other rooms. The capacity to individually control each air conditioner unit may also result in savings on your electricity bill, with the ability to turn a single air conditioner unit off when it isn’t required.
Demand Response Capable
Based on connection of a demand response enabling device (DRED), Demand Response Mode is activated in response to signals sent from the electric power company at times when it is necessary to reduce peak demand. Based on AS/NZS 4755.3.1:2014 (excludes MXZ-2F52VF).
Guaranteed Operating Range
The MXZ series has a guaranteed operating range of -10°C to 46°C (Cooling), -5°C (-15°C*1) to 24°C (Heating). Optional air protection guide is required where ambient temperature is lower than -5°C.

Why Buy?
Independent climate control for six zones with a single outdoor unit
The 12kW MXZ-6F120VGDA1 connects up to six separate indoor units, giving you precise temperature control across six different zones while keeping your home's exterior clean and uncluttered. Each zone operates independently, so you can cool the living room to 22°C while maintaining 24°C in bedrooms without affecting each other.
Individual zone control delivers both comfort and energy savings. Turn off units in unused rooms to reduce running costs compared to whole-house systems that cool empty spaces. The system operates reliably from -10°C to 46°C, ensuring consistent performance through Australian climate extremes. Each indoor unit responds instantly to its own thermostat, eliminating hot and cold spots that plague central systems.
This multi-split setup suits homes where ducted systems aren't practical or desired. Mix indoor unit types to match each space — wall-mounted in bedrooms, floor console in the living room, ceiling cassette in open areas. The single outdoor unit maintains clean rooflines and reduces equipment clutter, important for design-conscious homes. Installation flexibility means you can retrofit older homes or build new without major structural changes.
Buy this if…
- You need different temperatures in up to six separate rooms or zones
- You want to reduce energy costs by cooling only occupied spaces
- You prefer minimal outdoor equipment impact on your home's appearance
- You're retrofitting an older home or building where ducted systems aren't suitable
- You value reliable operation across extreme Australian temperature conditions
