Bing Lee Price Match Policy

Yes! We price match on Bing Lee purchases made in-store or online (subject to terms and conditions). 

So, if you find a product offered by a competitor that’s cheaper than an identical one on sale at Bing Lee, just let us know at the time of purchase!

Our price match policy means that if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item at the time of purchase, we'll match it. 

This excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations, commercial quantities, pricing errors, auction sites, group buying sites, clearance sites, daily deals sites. Run-out stock, grey imports, or products from wholesale distributors, Cashback and coupon offers and we reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

Shop better at Bing Lee

This policy sets out the circumstances in which Bing Lee Electrics Pty Limited ("Bing Lee") will match an advertised price for a product offered by a competitor of Bing Lee ("Competitor").

This policy only applies to sales made by Bing Lee through retail stores or online through www.binglee.com.au and is not available on products purchased using “Buy now, pay later” options such as Zip Pay, Zip Money, Afterpay or Finance.

Bing Lee will match a Competitor's advertised price of a product for a customer of Bing Lee ("Customer") subject to each of the following conditions:

1. The Competitor must:

   (a) be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and

   (b) have at least two (2) physical retail stores located in Australia operated under the Competitor’s name.

2. The product offered by the Competitor must be:

   (a) brought to Bing Lee's attention by the Customer at the time of price matching;

   (b) identical to a product offered for sale by Bing Lee including the same brand/model/series/specification/features/colour/year of production and condition;

   (c) in stock with the Competitor (not available for back order);

   (d) not offered as part of a bundled or bonus offering at the time of price matching;

   (e) in stock with Bing Lee at the relevant store (not available for back order); and

   (f) available for immediate purchase from the Competitor, and if advertised by an Online Competitor must be in stock and available for immediate delivery via courier / Australia Post.

3. The Competitor's price of the product must:

   (a) be the price of the product as sold individually and not as part of a bundled sale;

   (b) include GST and any delivery and handling charge; and

   (c) be verifiable by Bing Lee.

4. Bing Lee does not price match on:

   (a) Products offered through ebay or as part of a bundled, tied (“Buy now, pay later” options such as Zip Pay, Zip Money, Afterpay, Finance or payment option), gift card, coupon or bonus offering at the time of price matching;

   (b) Advertising errors by Bing Lee or its competitor;

   (c) Commercial quantities, delivery, installation or handling charges;

   (d) Finance or credit terms and does not offer finance or credit on the sale of price matched products;

   (e) Offers by resellers, classifieds, auction sites, paid membership programs/stores, manufacturers, distributors or importers or requiring delivery to or from a location outside Australia;

   (f) Competitor's clearance lines, display stock, liquidation and external administration sales, limited stock offers or time limited or special promotion stock sell-downs including restructuring or amalgamation;

   (g) Grey imports. "Grey imports" are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas; or

   (h) Apple, Dyson, Asko, Miele and all other Agency and Proforma brands, or other products nominated by Bing Lee as being excluded from this Policy from time to time.
