HOW DO I ENTER?

Make a purchase* online or in-store at Bing Lee - that’s it! One product purchased = one entry, so the more you buy, the better your chances. No forms required, just make sure you provide your email or phone number so we can contact you if you're our winner!

Each day a prize will be drawn from the customers of the previous day. All entries will go into the running for the grand prize, including those who have already won prizes.

Residents of Australia, from NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD only. Participants must be 18 years or older. No commercial customers.

CAN I WIN MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes! Each eligible product you purchase counts as a separate entry, so you could win more than once! Just keep in mind: the date you make your purchase determines the prize you’re in the draw for. So if you buy today, you’ll go in the draw for today’s prize - PLUS you'll go in the draw for your chance to win the Grand Prize of a Volkswagen ID. 4 Pro!

DO I NEED TO KEEP MY RECEIPT OR SALES ORDER?

Yes! Entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries. All entries may otherwise be declared invalid.

ARE THERE ANY PURCHASE EXCLUSIONS?

Yes, our exclusions are:

• Products sold by Bing Lee as an agent or third party such as Asko, Bertazzoni, BH Fitness, Falcon, Falmec, Fisher and Paykel Agency, Liebherr, Lifespan, Miele, Neff, Sirius Agency, Smeg Agency, Turner and Hastings;

• any products not listed for sale on Bing Lee’s website during the promotion period, out of stock items, pre-order models and backorders; and

• any charge for any service including delivery.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRIZE?

Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months, or a redraw will occur.
