Full Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Bing Lee Electrics Pty Limited (ABN 61 000 733 488) of Level 1, 702 Woodville Road, Old Guildford, NSW, 2161.

  2. Information on How to Enter and the Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

  3. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  4. The Prize is a Samsung 49"OLED Curved Gaming Monitor (RRP $2,699).

  5. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  6. Employees (and their Immediate Family) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, children, parent, brother or sister.

  7. Competition commences from 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEDT”) on 22/01/26 and closes at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on 04/02/26 (“Promotional Period”).

  8. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be substituted, modified, or redeemed for cash, credit, or an alternative product under any circumstances.

  9. To enter, Entrants must follow the steps outlined below during the Promotional Period:

  • Entrants must Like Bing Lee’s Instagram post relating to the Samsung Gaming Monitor Giveaway Competition and follow @bingleeofficial, and any other accounts specified in the Instagram Caption. 

  • Entrants must enter their full name, email address and contact number on Bing Lee’s Samsung Gaming Monitor Giveaway Competition Page and answer all the questions on the Form.

  • Entrants must reside in New South Wales, Victoria, ACT, or Queensland and be available to take the prize on the date specified.

  • The prize(s) will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.

  • The winner will be selected on 05/02/26 by the Promoter.

  • The winner will be announced on @bingleeofficial Instagram Stories and notified via email and/or phone.

  1. Entrants agree to have their email address added to the Bing Lee Marketing Email Mailing List if the option is selected by the Entrant.

  2. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entry to the competition is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use any information provided, and disclose this information to third parties for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct personal information to the Promoter.
