• PPR 9 can be used on the bottom of all the new generation Smeg ovens, with the exception of the following: gas, microwave, steam ovens.

• PPR 9 is designed for cooking: Fresh and frozen pizzas, tigelle, flat breads, sandwiches, etc.

• To clean the plate, wait until it is cold and then use hot water and non-abrasive sponges.
