All my household goods were bought from Bing Lee. I was quite upset and angry that they didn't offer me the best price—I recently bought a laptop which cost over $1,000. After few days it was on sale. I contacted customer service via Facebook message at 12:20. Was so surprised they replied at 12:40. Nicolle was the person who took ownership of my case. She sorted it out within a day. I got my refund of the difference. Because of her I will continue shop with Bing Lee. You are amazing and awesome Nicole. Thanks.

Hi Jeffrey. Just wanted to report fantastic customer service at Bing Lee Belconnen ACT. David assisted me with a vacuum cleaner, coffee maker and toaster. I chose Bing Lee because David helped me with a Yamaha music centre back in December 2012 and I was very impressed with his patience, knowledge and genuine sense of caring for the customer. He succeeded in doing an excellent job again today. I work in retail/customer service myself so I'm very aware of good vs bad customer service. He is an asset to your company especially in generating return business.

Today, I went to Bing Lee to window shop (compare prices ). A sale man with a "smiley face" greet me & asked me "how can I help you". I told him, I need a price quote of a 2.6 kw inverter aircon. In the end, I purchased from BING LEE not because of my surname is also LEE. It's because of salesman Lam Van, he is very polite, helpful & courteous. He gave an "extra mile of customer services" by going to the collection centre to make sure everything is "OK". Thanks, Lam Van ( Bankstown Branch) for making my day ! Lam set a good example of attracting "undecided customers", like me . He is an asset to any retailer/store that employ him! Bravo to Bing Lee & all the staff !

Just a quick note, a bit slow as my delivery was last Friday 6th, to say THANK YOU for helping to arrange fridge for me. Also to say that your delivery drivers were a great reflection on Bing Lee. They were courteous, quick , helpful and really knew their job well. Again thank you.

I've been dealing with Cathie over the past several months. We're owner-building and she has been helping us with kitchen appliances. I also spoke to you the other day, in Cathie's absence, when you agreed to match the price for the canopy range hood we were after. The reason that I'm emailing is just to say what fantastic customer service Cathie has given us. From the first time we came into the store, to now, at completion, she has been so very helpful. At the start, we were quite confused with the range of products on offer, as it is some time since we last built. Cathie was very good at explaining the different products on offer and answering our questions, not to mention very patient. She has also been able to get us some good prices, and even today, when I walked in to make the order, several months after last seeing her (and with a great many customer in between, too, I'm sure), she instantly recognised me and even remembered details of our first conversation. You've got a great asset in Cathie, as I'm sure you know. Whilst I usually expect a lot from customer service personnel and can be quite critical when I don't receive it, I also like to acknowledge great service when I get it. Well done to Cathie.

I wish to draw your attention to the outstanding service provided by one of your sales representatives at your Rockdale Plaza Outlet. In September, I was struggling to find the right appliances for a new kitchen. I visited Bing Lee at Rockdale Plaza to research prices, and Nathan immediately came to my aid. He took time to show me different brands, and helped me decide which ones were right for my needs. He then carefully researched their product details so I could give this information to my renovation supplier. Nothing was a problem for Nathan, and he didn’t mind in the slightest that I really had no idea what I was doing. Once I'd made my decision several days later, Nathan went on to book the delivery of my appliances. When the renovation dates were changed in November, I called Rockdale, and Nathan answered the phone, only too happy to help again, not phased in the slightest about the change in dates. You have a great representative in Nathan and I commend Bing Lee for this exceptional sales experience. As a result, I will bring my custom to Bing Lee again, and will recommend Bing Lee to associates who wish to buy appliances in the future.

I write to let the Bing Lee organisation know that my husband and I have been very impressed by our recent dealings with staff of your Fairfield store this week. Dunyer assisted in purchase of several white good items and young man (whose name I do not recall) helped with purchase of a multi-function scanner, printer and fax. Both gave information that enabled us to make decisions when there were so many options. Thank you Dunyer! Two days later, all items were delivered, on Run (E), early as promised. The two young men who brought the white goods up to two flights of stairs and took our even heavier old appliances away quickly did so with efficiency. In many years of being satisfied customers of Bing Lee Merrylands we are delighted to know that your Fairfield store has given as good service again! We will share our positive shopping experience with our friends.

I am writing to draw attention to exemplary service and support received from a member of your staff, Grant, now at the Belconnen ACT outlet but previously at the Fyshwick outlet. My wife and I recently bought an induction cooktop at the Fyshwick outlet. During several conversations with Grant, he was invariably helpful, understanding and a very good ambassador for Bing Lee. We felt his positive and empathic attitude should be brought to your attention.

Frank is a busy man with a business to run, but he wants to take time out to praise our Casula store (near Costco). He phoned head office this afternoon. He was there with his mother, helping her make a purchase. Everybody was very helpful, professional, and they knew what they were talking about. The store was clean and well-presented. He was very impressed. He wants me to ensure this reaches the attention of senior management.

Alan was a good customer of our Newcastle stores. He recently moved to Port Macquarie. Alan needed to fit out a kitchen. He was anxious about the task. It involved a large financial commitment. Matt our Port Macquarie salesperson was very understanding. He was not pushy. He was willing to “go overboard” to help. Matt made it easy. As a consequence, Alan feels confident with choices made. Alan researched prices. He was pleasantly surprised. The competition couldn’t come close. Not only was Matt wonderful to deal with but so are the senior staff at Port Macquarie, and all the staff at our Newcastle stores. They deserve to be complimented.

Good afternoon, I am sending this email to express how impressed and satisfied I am with the service provided to me over the telephone by the store manager of Guildford, Mario, and the two gentlemen who delivered my washing machine, microwave and refrigerator a few days ago. The sales process was completely effortless and personable, and the delivery service prompt and efficient. I have recently moved into a new place and have had a number of items delivered from various retailers throughout Sydney. Bing Lee has so far been the best to deal with.
