The website www.binglee.com.au is owned and operated by Bing Lee Electrics Pty Ltd ABN: 000 733 488. All products listed on the website are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

Changes to Products and Prices

We and any other persons involved in the management of this website may make changes in the products and prices described, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

Product Prices

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price in Australian dollars, including GST, for the product itself but does not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination and weight of the product.

Contract of Sale

These terms together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products

Ordering Product

You can place an order only by clicking the "Add to Cart" or “Buy Now” buttons.

Upon completing your order and submitting it through the checkout system, an order reference number will be issued to you via a confirmation email.  We will not process your order until it has passed our internal validation procedures, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.

Upon processing your order and receiving payment we send you a confirmation email which is your Tax Invoice.

When you place an order with us you have made an offer to purchase the product you have chosen and when we issue a tax invoice to you we have accepted your offer. Both offer and acceptance are based on these terms and conditions.

We retain discretion to cancel orders if our processes identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reason.

If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to determine your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.

Payment

We only accept payment through PayPal and Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Master) American Express and Diners. Payment will not be processed until we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed.

The processing of payment for Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next working day.

We process PayPal payments when you checkout from the product order screen.

Credit Cards

We accept Australian credit cards ONLY. We process Credit cards payments when you checkout from the product order screen.

Whilst we employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, we will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Delivery

Binglee.com.au only delivers within Australia. We have no hidden fees, just standard delivery charges based on the weight of your order. All delivery charges will be shown throughout the process for your peace of mind.

Normal delivery is within 3 to 14 working days from the date of payment of your order.

We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Price:

  • Under 25kg - $10
  • 25Kg to 75Kg - $45
  • Over 75Kg - $75

How we deliver:

  • Orders under 25 Kg we use the services of Australia Post eparcel
  • Orders over 25Kg are distributed within our service ONLY are using 3rd party couriers.

Dispatching your order

Provided your items are in-stock and payment has been received we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock we will back order it for you. You will be contacted by our customer service team to confirm a suitable time for delivery of your purchase.  We operate within a 2 – 3 hour delivery window and will need the purchaser to sign for the product. Drivers will ask to sight ID to confirm your details and may ask to see the credit card used for the purchase.

Tracking your order

You can monitor your order's progress once we have dispatched it from our warehouse in your “My Account section of the website.

Receiving your order

All orders must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one there the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again or will leave the package at your local Australia Post office for collection.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the event that goods over 25kg are despatched and you are not available to meet the driver at the agreed time a rebooking fee will be charged to your account.  You will need to contact customer service to arrange a new time and pay the fee. Normal delivery fees and charges apply.

Passing of Property

Property in the product passes to you upon receipt of the product by you.

Warranties

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products sold by us are serviced and supported by their manufacturer in accordance with its warranty terms.

Our Warranties

Where a product is damaged through no fault of your own when delivered to you, contact us immediately and we will replace it. For all product sold we provide warranties and conditions required by law. If the product does not fulfil any of these warranties or conditions then you may be entitled to a refund or other compensation from us.

Commercial warranty

If you are purchasing a product to be used in a commercial environment, please note that the manufacturer's warranty covers a maximum period of 3 months from the date of purchase. In addition to this, all Chef, Dishlex, Westinghouse, Kelvinator, Simpson and Electrolux products are sold with no commercial warranty.

Return of Product

Where Customer Service has determined that, on the facts you have provided, a claim should be granted you will be issued with a Return Number (RN). We will not accept the return of a product without an RN. The product must be returned to us within 15 calendar days from the issue date of the RN. Where possible, the product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with the product.

We reserve the right to test any returned product, and to ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not your fault. After the product has been returned a final decision on granting the claim will be made by Customer Services.

Where upon receipt of the returned product we determine that the product did comply with the warranties and conditions and the condition of the product was misrepresented to us by you, the expense for the return of the product to us and the expense of returning the product to you will be deducted from your account as well as a $25.00 handling and administration fee.

Refunds or credit

Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will include all delivery and related costs for the product. Where a non warranty claim is granted any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued by cheque, EFT, PayPal or a credit to your account.

Replacement

Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at our expense after we have received your returned product. Where a non warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense.

Exceptions

We do not provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have:

  • changed your mind, decided you no longer want the products or just don’t like them, or found that products are the wrong size or colour.
  • found you can buy the same or similar products elsewhere for a cheaper price.

Extended Warranty

Extended Warranty plans cover a range of consumer electronics and appliances. It is only available at the time of purchase. All Extended Warranty Purchases start from the date the manufacturer warranty period ends.
