One of the key components that make the Juice Fountain so successful is the Italian-made micromesh filter basket. With over 40,000 tiny holes, it allows all of the juice to escape while keeping the unwanted pulp inside the machine. Then the froth separator kicks in, making sure you get only juice. This juicer is able to produce 8 ounces of fresh, healthy juice in about five seconds with minimal prep work, fuss, or mess!

Breville makes the Juice Fountain easy to maintain as well. The pulp is stored in a large-capacity circular container and can hold up to a litre of juice before you have to empty it. When it is time to clean your juicer, just remove the filter basket and juice collector, and either rinse in the sink, or pop the parts in the dishwasher.
