Sydney FC fan Nadien Saifain was the lucky winner of a once-in-a-lifetime prize at the 4th October home match against Queensland Roar. Nadien and a friend took a private tour of the inner sanctum of the team alongside one of Sydney’s stars, Simon Colosimo.

The exclusive tour included a viewing of the players’ change room as their jerseys were being laid out for the match, the hot and cold baths they use during their warm down period, as well as the technical areas inside the stadium. When the unique opportunity presented itself to chat with Sydney FC Head Coach John Kosmina, Nadien made sure she got all the tips on their Queensland opposition as he made the final game preparations. Next was the journey down the player’s tunnel out onto the hallowed SFS grass, where she was able to get a photo on the sideline with Colosimo as the Youth League team warmed up on the pitch.

After learning all the inside information about the team from Simon, Nadien then returned to the pitch just prior to the match commencing to take part in the coin toss with Captain Tony Popovic and the official referees.
