2. You did not receive the warning: “poor quality photos used” when placing your photos in the Photo Fun Book Album Editor
3. Your photos are not under exposed.

To have your money reimbursed, follow the procedure as described below.

1. Send us your complaint within 48 hours through the contact page.
2. Subsequently, you will receive details about where to return your album to.
3. Return the album, ensuring you add sufficient postage. We will also compensate you for this cost if your claim is valid.
